Delivery availability may vary for remote or rural areas.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day after order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with your shipment details.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Karachi: 1–2 Business Days
  • Major Cities: 2–4 Business Days
  • Other Areas: 3–7 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in most serviceable areas across Pakistan.

Customers are requested to keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery whenever possible.

If we are unable to verify your order, shipment may be delayed or cancelled.

If tracking information is available, it will be shared after dispatch.


Delivery Attempts

If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Anker Store PK is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect names, phone numbers, or addresses provided during checkout.


Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please inspect the contents immediately.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.


Delayed Shipments

While we strive to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to:

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept an order without a valid reason, Anker Store PK reserves the right to restrict future Cash on Delivery orders from that customer.
