Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.
7-Day Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day replacement from the date your order is delivered.
A replacement may be approved if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged during shipping.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product is not functioning as intended upon first use.
Conditions for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement:
- The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned.
- The product must not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repair.
Replacement requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or replaced unless they are defective:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
- Products with physical damage caused after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Products missing accessories or included components.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Refund Policy
We currently do not offer cash refunds for delivered orders.
Approved claims will be resolved through one of the following options:
- Product Replacement
- Exchange (where applicable)
- Store Credit (if replacement is unavailable)
If a replacement product is out of stock, our customer support team will discuss the available options with you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
This helps us process your request as quickly as possible.
Replacement Processing Time
Once your replacement request has been approved:
- Inspection: 1–2 business days
- Replacement Dispatch: 2–5 business days
Processing times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.
Shipping Charges
If the replacement is approved due to our error or a manufacturing defect, the replacement shipping cost will be covered by Anker Store PK.
If the issue is not covered under this policy, any applicable shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
